All Platinum, Gold and Silver sponsors will be listed on the IPAC’18 website and Conference abstract book.
Sponsorship Packages Registration
Those interested in becoming Platinum, Gold or Silver sponsors must register directly with Aurelia Laxdal at exhibitors@ipac18.org from Oct. 12 to Oct. 26, 2017.
These packages will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
Platinum Packages (three packages are available) $25,000 CDN each
Each package includes:
- Early selection and reservation of one booth* (8 feet x 10 feet, 2.5m x 3m)
- Two (2) Delegate Passes (including: Welcome reception, Banquet and Chairman’s reception) and Two (2) Exhibit Passes
- Sponsorship signage at the registration area as a Platinum Sponsor
- Company logo advertised on the IPAC’18 website as Platinum Sponsor
- Company information package in the delegate bag – supplied by sponsor – up to ten pages (Brochure or Flyer in conference bag)
- Coffee or beverage at one of the breaks (includes acknowledgment signage)
- Company advertisement on the Smartphone Conference App
* Additional booths can be purchased separately at the time of registration: up to a total of three(3) booths per company/delegation.
Gold Packages (three packages are available) $20,000 CDN each
Each package includes:
- Early selection and reservation of one booth* (8 feet x 10 feet, 2.5m x 3m)
- One (1) Delegate Pass (including: Welcome reception, Banquet) and two (2) Exhibit Passes; OR Two (2) Delegate Passes and no Exhibit Pass
- Sponsorship signage at the registration area as a Gold Sponsor
- Full page company logo/advertisement on the back cover OR the inside front cover OR the inside back cover of the Conference abstract book**
- Company logo advertised on the IPAC’18 website as a Gold Sponsor
- Company information package in the delegate bag – supplied by sponsor – up to ten pages (Brochure or Flyer in conference bag)
- Coffee or beverage at one of the breaks (includes acknowledgment signage)

Silver Packages (unlimited packages available) $15,000 CDN each
Each package includes:
- Early selection and reservation of one booth* (8 feet x 10 feet, 2.5m x 3m)
- One (1) Delegate Pass (including: Welcome reception, Banquet) and Two (2) Exhibit Passes; OR Two (2) Delegate Passes and no Exhibit Pass
- Sponsorship signage at the registration area as a Silver Sponsor
- Company logo advertised on the IPAC’18 website as Silver Sponsor
- Company information package in the delegate bag – supplied by sponsor – up to ten pages (Brochure or Flyer in conference bag)

Packages are available until the deadline of the exhibitor registration (April 2, 2017) or until they are sold out.
