Exhibitors

IPAC'18 presents a dynamic opportunity to connect with international leaders in accelerator science. Each year, IPAC hosts the most comprehensive gathering of representatives from international accelerator facilities and institutions. Expected to attract over 1200 attendees, IPAC'18 will provide a prime opportunity for exhibitors to showcase products, services, and publications of interest to the international accelerator community. IPAC'18 will present an excellent platform to inform students, researchers, and industry leaders of new and innovative products on an international level. 

The Parq convention floor features 60,000 sqft of flexible convention space that will maximize interaction and discourse between conference delegates and industry exhibitors. Poster session and coffee break locations will be located alongside exhibitor booths.

Participating companies and organizations are invited to present their services, products, and publications at IPAC'18. Participation will be limited to 80 booths. We encourage you to register early to ensure the best selection.

We regret to inform our customers that due to unexpected difficulties with our IT Services provider, the online web-browser selection of Industrial Exhibition booths and online payment will be delayed until November 7th. We apologize for inconvenience this may cause.

To ensure that Exhibitors can enjoy the same opportunities for discounting of booth prices, the “early bird” registration period is now extended from December 20th to January 11th.

In the interim period October 27th to November 6th, IPAC’18 is only able to process booth selections and sponsorships manually. For booth and a la carte sponsorship packages, please register directly with Aurelia Laxdal at exhibitors@ipac18.org from October 27th to November 6th.
