Companion Program

The companions’ program opens with a welcome breakfast Monday April 30 8:00 – 9:30am in the Honey Salt restaurant, on the ground floor of the Marriott hotel.

Vancouver-based event planner “Bash + Fete” (B+E) has been engaged to craft a stimulating program of events, tours, destinations through the conference week. These outings will be available for purchase onsite only on Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday at the Finance Table (Registration).

B+E will only be on-site on Monday at the Companion's Breakfast to describe this program and take bookings and to facilitate the events and any transportation that may be needed. Please see IPAC'18 Companions Program for more details on the packages.

The Stanley room will be available every day 08:00 – 10:00 for companions to meet and network.
