The Parq Vancouver guest room highlights a modern and refined take on the west coast design. In room details include Wi-Fi, 51 inch TV, mini bar, coffee maker, robe, slippers, alarm clock, and luxurious bathroom amenities.

The Parq Vancouver is offering advantageous IPAC’18 group room rates (per night), depicted above, to delegates and exhibitors April 29 - May 3, 2018. The group rate and government rate covers all guest sleeping room costs, including service fees, but is exclusive of applicable sales/room tax, currently 17.5 percent (17.5%). The group rate shall be offered for a period of three days before and three days after the meeting dates subject to the availability of rooms at the time of reservation. The hotel’s check-in time is 16:00. Check-out time is 12:00.

Rooms at the Parq Vancouver are reservable by delegates and exhibitors on a first come, first served basis. A limited number of rooms are available for IPAC’18 guests each day, and 40% of the available guest rooms will be allotted for government rate rooms. Make your reservation as early as possible to ensure room availability for the duration of your stay.

* Government Rate: Marriott offers government hotel rates to qualified U.S. government and military guests. In effect at the time of IPAC'18, the hotel will be able to charge the prevailing U.S. government prescribed per diem for the duration of their stay at the Parq Vancouver. Attendees will need to provide government-issued photo ID at check in to receive this rate or the rate will be adjusted to the regular conference rate. Rate is not applicable to government contractors. Refer to the "Rate Qualification Guidelines" to verify your eligibility.

The Parq Vancouver will also accept reservations made by telephone at +1 800 MARRIOTT. Meeting attendees will reference IPAC 2018 when making phone reservations.

The reservation cut-off date is Friday, March 30, 2018 at 17:00.

Reservations received after this date will be accepted by the hotel on a space available basis at the group rate or best available rates at that time.

Reservation Guarantee: All reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card or accompanied by a first night room deposit. The hotel will not hold any reservations unless secured by one of the above methods.

If a guest is guaranteeing a reservation with a credit that belongs to another party, a credit card authorization form will need to be submitted, via facsimile, to the hotel to authorize the hotel to charge this card.

All guaranteed reservations will receive either written or electronic confirmation from the hotel including group name, meeting dates, confirmation number, room rate, and room type.

An advance payment of one night’s room and tax will be charged to the guest credit card on the cut-off date of Friday, March 30, 2018. If a guest cancels their reservation before this date, this advance payment will be forfeited.
