Registration
THERE WILL BE NO ON-SITE REGISTRATIONS FOR NEW ATTENDEES AT IPAC'18.
We thank the international particle accelerator community for your overwhelming interest in the IPAC’18.
We come to the point where the number of registrants approaches the capacity of the meeting rooms.
Regrettably, therefore, we are setting a limit on new registrations.
General registration shall continue closed.
However, all invited speakers, and all known first-author poster presenters, that have not yet registered will be given the opportunity to do so; and will be contacted directly by the registration secretariat.
Further, all known registration requests that were pending as of March 24 will also be processed to completion.
Finally, if it is imperative that you attend the conference and have not yet registered, then please contact the registration secretariat directly at registration@ipac18.org (and copy to proceedings@ipac18.org ) explaining the circumstances.
These requests will be processed on a case-by-case basis.

Be aware that, as of March 2016, any delegates from visa-exempt countries will need to apply for an Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA).
All registration fees are in Canadian dollars (CAD)
The early bird registration deadline is MARCH 16, 2018, 23:59:59 PDT. The registration has to be finalised and all monies received by this date, in order to be eligible for the reduced fee.

The following items are included in the participant fee: Attendance at all sessions, conference materials, coffee/tea breaks during the conference, Welcome Reception on Sunday, April 29th, and the Banquet Dinner on Thursday, May 3rd at the JW Marriott.
Lunches: Please note that lunches are not included in the fee. All delegates must purchase their own lunches. There are a number of eateries within walking distance of the hotel, as well as eight dining options within the JW Marriott Parq Vancouver.
The following items are included in the Companion fee: Welcome Reception on Sunday, April 29th, and the Banquet Dinner on Thursday, May 3rd at the JW Marriott Parq Vancouver. Coffee breaks are not included. Please advise the organisers if you are planning to bring children to the evening events.
1-Day Registration include attendance at all sessions during the date selected, conference materials, coffee/tea breaks during the conference, and either the Welcome Reception on Sunday, April 29th, or the Banquet Dinner on Thursday, May 3rd at the JJW Marriott Parq Vancouver.
Payment
Payment for registration fees may be paid by wire-transfer or credit card.

IMPORTANT: Please remember to state IPAC’18 and the participant’s name on all money transfers made to the Conference.
If you have made a late payment, please bring copy of payment to the conference.
Confirmation
A confirmation email will be sent to the participant upon completion of their registration. This will not include payment information. Please ensure to sign back into your account to make any payments owing. Once payment has been processed print a copy of your payment receipt. No receipt will be included in your registration package. Please remember to bring your proof of payment for presentation upon request.
It is your personal responsibility that all details such as address, booked events, number of tickets, hotel reservation, date of arrival and departure, etc. are correct. We therefore strongly recommend that you read and check the confirmation of registration carefully to avoid errors. In the event of any errors, please contact registration@ipac18.org in writing.

Conference Check-in
All participants must register at the registration desk upon arrival to the JW Marriott Parq Vancouver. Please remember to bring your registration confirmation with you.
Cancellation
No reimbursements for registration cancellations will be given, except in the case of a Visa request being denied or an unforeseen circumstance (less $150.00 cancellation fee). Reimbursement requests that are included under this exception must be in writing and should be emailed to registration@ipac18.org 30 days prior to the start of the conference (March 30, 2018). Cancellations after this will result in forfeiture of the entire registration fee. This policy also applies to extra tickets for social functions. Refunds may be granted of no-shows under extenuating circumstances at the sole discretion of the conference organizers. Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
