Exhibitor Island and Quads

Island and Quads Registration
Those interested in the Island and Quads must register directly with Aurelia Laxdal at exhibitors@ipac18.org from Oct. 05 to Oct. 11, 2017.
The Island and Quads will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
Exhibitor island (one available) $63,000 CDN
This is the equivalent of all six booths: 908, 910, 912, 1009, 1011, 1013.
The island includes six (6) Delegate Passes. Additional Exhibitor Passes can be purchased up to a maximum of eighteen (18).
Exhibitor quads (two available) $39,000 CDN each
This is the equivalent of two sets of four adjacent booths, selected from booth numbers 601, 603, 605, 607, 700, 702, 704, 706 or selected from booth numbers 701, 703, 705, 707, 800, 802, 804, 806.
Each quad includes four (4) Delegate Passes. Additional Exhibitor Passes can be purchased up to a maximum of twelve (12).

Exhibitors who wish to use any non-standard booth equipment, signs, decorations, or arrangements of display materials that do not appear in the Exhibitor Service Manual must submit their requests for approval to Yetvart Hosepyan at booths@ipac18.org - no later than April 1, 2018.
